How do I disable this annoying suggestion? I don’t want it and I’m tired of getting the suggestion over and over

We know your time is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to post in the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you were looking for ways to disable the photo sharing option on your iPhone. If you haven’t already, we can help you get that adjusted.

Navigate to Settings > Photos, and disable “Shared Albums”.

Keep in mind that if you have any shared albums on your device it will remove those from the Photos app.

Thank you for clarifying for us! We thought you were referring to iCloud Photo Sharing, but it sounds like you may be looking to turn off the feature outlined in this article:

Use Sharing Suggestions in Photos - Apple Support

If we’re on the same page now, you may be able to disable the sharing for a single collection or conversation, the last section of that article will show you how. 

If you want to disable the feature altogether (or for Photos only), try disabling one or both of the following:

• Settings > Siri & Search > Suggestions when Sharing
• Settings > Siri & Search > Photos > Show Suggestions from App (in both Home Screen and Lock Screen)
