Unknown calendar alerts

My calendar notifications keep popping up with the same attached link, but different subjects that I didn’t even add

iPhone 11, iOS 13

For iOS 13 and earlier: go to Settings/Passwords & Accounts; look under Subscribed Calendars, tap on the spam calendar and tap delete.

For iOS 14: go to Settings/Calendar/Accounts; look under Subscribed Calendars, tap on the spam calendar and tap delete.

Remove spam from Calendar on your iPhone - Apple Support
