Apple canceled my order!

I just placed on order 2 days ago for a new macbook air 2020 and today i discovered that apple canceled my order without any farther notice!! and so i purchased the same item again, and i just discovered that again same thing happened !!!

Why apple you're doing that without telling us or discussing a solution with us!!!
