Hello. I don't have imessage and facetime connected. When trying to connect, it writes an error

Settings, Messages, turn off iMessage.

Settings, Facetime, turn off Facetime.

Make sure your Settings, [your name] has the right contact details.

then

Settings, Messages, turn on iMessage.

Settings, Facetime, turn on Facetime.
