iCloud info & email info lost.

Hi, my Mother in Law is 70 yrs old. She hasn't used an iPhone in about 5 years, and now she's just bought an iPhone 6, but she can't remember her iCloud login info.

She still has the same phone number, but she has long lost her old email account, because she doesn't really use email.

So, with no iCloud info, and she can't even remember what her old email address is, we're kinda stuck...

She's not able to put apps on her iPhone. I'm going to try & fix it for her tomorrow.

Can I make a brand new iCloud?

She's tried to make a new iCloud, but hasn't been able.

I'm hoping I can get this fixed for her. I'm sure there must be a way to make a new iCloud account?

You can create a new Apple ID for her but do note with this measure she will be starting afresh, and she will lose all her data she had on the old ID.

Have you tried going to https://iforgot.apple.com?
