For the last few months I am not able to switch on my iPad because of the Apple ID.
I do not remember the password nor I am able to reset it because I do not remember security questions.
I can not access my icloud or anything.
How can I reset everything on my iPad and be able to use it again?

Apple ID - If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions.
If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
