How do I decrease the documents and data for my messages app ? The total documents and data for the app is 21.18 GB. I have deleted everything that I can think of. I have deleted photos, gifs, videos etc. The documents and data won’t decrease.

We'd love to assist you with your device storage. Deleting content from the Messages app that does not fit into any of the categories listed will decrease the Documents & Data section.
