Thank you for that information. Which iOS version are you currently running? Go to Settings > General > About for the version. Check out the steps in this link and get back to us with your results: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

After many tries I realized that my issue was not telling iPhone to forget these devices in their apps. Thanks to you and everyones who has tried to help.

Hi. My iPhone SE2020 has stopped recognizing non-Apple Bluetooth devices like my Garmin watch and won't recognize the existence of other Bluetooth devices. My wife's SE 2020 has stopped recognizing her Beats speaker.. I have executed all of the protocols I can find with the exception of a factory reset with no luck.

I have not received any error messages.

Download COVID Alert: Canada’s exposure notification app - Canada.ca -- Since the application uses Bluetooth to exchange random codes with nearby phone, it definitely could impact the use.
