Snoopy in Space freezes/no audio on Roku Apple TV+ app

Saw earlier post with somewhat similar issue.

‘Snoopy on Space’ is freezing / crashing on the app on our new Roku streambar. This is not happening with any other show.

Other shows play fine.

Other roku apps working as intended.

What could cause one specific program to cause this? We’ve tried everything.
