Can't Attach A Photo From Photos To Yelp. Also, Can't Attach an inline photo in Gmail from Photos.

When I click try to add a photo to yelp or some other website, I click on attach, it opens up a window, I click Media<Photos. I see all my photos from Photos (iPhoto?), but they are not selectable. Therefore, no photos from Photos can be uploaded to yelp.

Also, I can attach any photo I want from Photos as an attachment in Gmail but if I choose "inline photo" I see 5 photos from 10 years ago and nothing else. How can I insert an inline photo from my Photos?

So frustrating. Why can't this just work?
