Is there a way to save a Voicemail message from iphone to a computer?

Tap on the voicemail to open it. From there, tap on the Share button, the box with the up arrow, from there you can email the voicemail to an account you have on the computer.

If you are receiving voicemail directly from your carrier by calling in, then you need to contact them to see if there is a way to save them. The method I provided is for Visual Voicemail, a feature of the iPhone, only if your carrier supports it.

The voicemails aren't displayed on the screen, I have to dial in to listen to them. Any other suggestions please?

You're welcome. It is a shame that your carrier does not support VVM. Maybe ask them to see if they do.
