Macbook Pro shutting down after login

Big Sur on my MacBook Pro (2013, Retina) shut down every time I’m logging into user account after few minutes. Tried to load in Safe Mode and everything works, so it seems that it’s software problem. Tried to reinstall osx but the problem still remains.

please help me to find the solution.
