iPhone 12 Pro Max AirDrop Issues

When I AirDrop a MP3 file to my iPhone 12 Pro Max it automatically opens in WhatsApp. Resetting my device with iTunes, and even replacing my device did not solve this issue! It also happens when I AirDrop a PDF file, it opens in Books without asking me what app I want to open with. Any help I can get with this is greatly appreciated.

Airdrop doesn't work from desktop to iPad I used to be able to transfer files from desktop to iPad with no problem. Now I have to "Move to iCloud to collaborate". When I accept, I can't find the file on iCloud. I've had to resort to emailing myself to get my file. I have the current iOS and OS on my devices.
