Magic mouse not going between retina display and external monitor in portrait

Dear group,

The cursor "hangs" between retina display and 27' Dell U2720Q 4k 3840x2160 . No playing around with resolution settings seems to help. I run the external on native 4k as i need highest resolution.

any fixit's?

apple mouse makes screen jump from screen to screen I am having to write this over and over because the magic apple mouse that came with imac computer causes the screen to jump back or jump forward when hand just hovering over mouse and often can't get back to original screen, my information is gone, have to write things over and over. This has been going on for many months, since I started using this mouse. Any tips?
