I don’t own a Mac computer! But it is on my saved devices.

Do you share your Apple ID with anyone else who may have a Mac computer? f NOT then I recommend that you remove the Mac computer from your device list under your Apple ID. Once that is done then you can reset the password to your Apple ID for further security.
