iOS 14.2 update on iPad Mini kills bedtime feature in Clock

The iOS 14.2 update today no longer has bedtime in the clock app. When I go to the clock app it recommends using the Health app to set up sleep alarms. There is no Health app for iPad mini 4! Apple repealed the bedtime feature for iPad mini but didn’t replace it. Yet another disappointment for 2020.

What solution do you recommend??

Bedtime, as previously accessed from the iPad Clock App, is no longer an element of iPadOS.

For iPhone, the equivalent function has been relocated to the Health App (this, of itself, is not present on iPad).
