Why won’t my iphone 7 go info recovery mode?????

Plug in your iPhone 7 to a Mac or a Windows PC with iTunes installed. Then PRESS & HOLD the VOLUME DOWN and POWER BUTTON (SIDE) together until you see the "plug into computer" screen. Have patience, continue holding those buttons while the iPhone is plugged to the computer.
