I cannot view my photos and contacts via icloud, how do we do i do that?

Did you enable "contacts" and "iCloud photos" in the settings for iCloud on your iPhone?

Are you using the same Apple ID?
Did you try to log into your iCloud Account, using the same Apple ID, and check, if contacts and photos are still saved in iCloud?
You iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi and being charged at the same time?
Did you enable "Download and Keep Originals" in the settings for iCloud Photos?
Hi, yes. Both photos and contacts has been enabled on the cloud. And I have enough space.
I am usingthe sam Apple ID. I have tried logging in using the same ID. My phone is connected to Wifi and charging.
