I received my iPhone 12 pro, but can't seem to fit dual simcards in it?? what do I need to do in order to get the dual SIM card capability, I was under the impression that it was included with the iPhone 12 pro.

Yes, but the 02 physical nano SIM card capabilities..., that iPhone model is for sale only in China (and those regions)!

Well then there is no dual (or two) physical nano SIM card capabilities. (see the link in my earlier response)
You have an iPhone model with one SIM card slot which accepts one physical nano SIM card.
You may, however, use something, in addition to the physical SIM, called eSIM which is a digital SIM. Read about it here: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support

Perhaps because the iPhone 12 has dual SIM capabilities - one physical nano SIM and simultaneously capable eSIM!

Depending on the country your iPhone may only have a SIM card slot and an eSIM so no physical dual SIM card slot.
I bought it and ordered it off apple.com In America, from Las Vegas.
