Yes, but the 02 physical nano SIM card capabilities..., that iPhone model is for sale only in China (and those regions)!

You have an iPhone model with one SIM card slot which accepts one physical nano SIM card.

You may, however, use something, in addition to the physical SIM, called eSIM which is a digital SIM. Read about it here: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support

Perhaps because the iPhone 12 has dual SIM capabilities - one physical nano SIM and simultaneously capable eSIM!

Depending on the country your iPhone may only have a SIM card slot and an eSIM so no physical dual SIM card slot.
