Hi, Good afternoon

i am getting error while i am inserting my sim in phone the error says " The SIM card that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.”


The header says " SIM IS NOT VALID "


i have the box of this phone


I am hoping from apple support team to fix this issue.

Your phone is locked to a particular service provider (carrier).


You need to contact them and ask them to unlock the phone. Do you have the old sim from the phone? That will tell you who the carrier is that the phone is locked to. (It might also be on the box label)
