Block calls using country code

I want to block calls using country code to block all incoming calls not just specific number. Android has this option, why not Apple??? Many people ask for this functionality, especially during the era of spam calls. You may receive dozens of calls each day except the number will always be different while the area code stays the same. I'm not gonna block the numbers one by one, 'cause it's useless.
