Iphone X Calculator keypad not working ?

System IS up to date-

keys not "pressing" properly- makes it impossible to use calculator function-

I have deleted app and reinstalled- no help

there is No screen protector or cover on the phone

Someone else has same issue- no replies or help on this

Can anyone help??- thanks
