I have a Series 6 watch. Had made an Memoji that worked, Then I bought a new iPhone 12 Pro and now I am unable to save the memoji. It looks like the one I made on my phone, but when I add it to my watch, it is the animals that come with my iphone. Anyone have any suggestions. I unpaired it and paired it again. Didn't work.

Are you signed into the same iCloud on both devices? If not we recommend following the steps to sign in and ensuring the steps in the section "Manage your Memoji" from our article here: Use Memoji on your iPhone or iPad Pro are completed.
