I cancelled all subscriptions and I still can’t change country, what can I do?

I relocated and I want to change country, I cancelled all subscriptions and I still can’t change it, what can I do to solve this issue?

The contact iTunes support as suggested and have them immediately terminate them. link->here

Thanks so much for your reply, but some of these subscriptions are annual ones, I won’t be able to wait for around 10 months for example to change my settings

ill follow the link and hopefully to find a solution
