Unknown charge

I received an email to my backup email address informing me of a purchase of a game in the iTunes Store. I did buy this. But the email itself may be dodgy. How can I tell?


Also, when I attempted to log onto this system, it kept telling me that someone was trying access my account from Slough. I live in Cheltenham. Is Slough some Apple base in the UK?
