Withdraw to Apple Pay issue (cant see credit)

Hi

I put 10 pounds in a paddy power account and won some money. Due the money laundering rules the betting app needed to return money to the payment method I used in order to then enable me to release the funds to my bank account. As such i withdrew 68 pounds to apple pay. Now i have no idea where the money is as it is not showing in my apple wallet. (in my apple wallet i can see my debit card for my bank account but no credit associated with it)

I googled to see if i can find out what should have happened and apparently the credit should appear on the right of my card. That said i have also seen that credits to apple pay only work in the US so i am confused and concerned.

I am in the UK and the transaction has gone through according to paddy power so can anyone help point me in the right direction please? I am not sure if i can ring someone about this as everything is online it appears? Please help.
