When are statements for the Apple Card posted?

The balance accrues on the 30th of each month? When is the statement available for downloading transactions?

You may be able to get it earlier but I checked a couple of recent months and they sent an email notice that the October statement was available at 5:51AM on Nov 2 and for July they sent an email at 9:35PM on Aug 1.
