Iphone 11 Burning Smell and Heating Up

My Iphone 11 has a terrible burning smell. it smells like burnt wires or the smell of a battery... I went to the apple store twice and they ran a diagnostic test and said nothing was wrong and it looks fine... Yet The Smell is getting stronger. Whats wrong with my phone? Is this normal?
