Now every time I type something, my phone says each letter I have typed.
How do I fix this?

Settings>Accessibility>VoiceOver. Turn that off. That or Spoken Content.

Voiveover is off already ?
Did you check Spoken Content. If you are hearing everything you type, it is an accessibility feature. You just need to determine which one. It should be one of those two.
