Receiving other people’s emails

Since the latest update on my iPhone, I have been receiving emails that belong to somebody else. Actually a few different people. For example somebody ordered something from Kohl’s and I received an email saying when the order would be shipped etc. I’m getting a ton of these. What’s going on?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

It sounds like your email address has just been harvested by a scammer, and you are now getting scam phishing mails.

What is it that makes you think they belong to someone else? What is the "to" address"?
