Unrecognized charge for $84.99

Have a charge on my credit card for Apple.com/Bill for $84.99. No clue what it is for and it does not show in my purchase history. Anyone else know of this and how to resolve it?

It is not in purchase history. That link does not work and apple support is very challenging to get in touch with. Was chatting with someone when their chat crashed. Have a call scheduled for tomorrow. But wanted to see if others have a similar issue and how could this occur without a record of it.
