I'm just setting up a my 16" MacBook Pro. I still have an iMac. This morning I sent an iMessage from my iPhone. It appears in Messages on the iPhone (obviously) and also on my iPad and iMac but not on the MacBook Pro. I received a reply to the iMessage and it appears on all my devices, including the MacBook Pro. Does anyone know what's broken here (presumably on the MacBook Pro)?

Thanks. I’m not sure I understand the logic of Some messages appearing but not others, but this problem was fixed by adding the MacBook Pro to ‘text message forwarding’ on my iPhone. I’d forgotten to do that when I got the new computer.
