iPhone 11 Banding Issue

My iPhone 11 has a display issue. The screen has vertical bands that appear and fade based on the content currently on the screen. In addition, the resolution of the screen looks to be a lower resolution than it should. This all started when I woke up this morning. I've tried restarting my phone, but that didn’t help. Thoughts?
