HOW DO I GET BACK MY MESSAGES I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED FROM MY PHONE I BACKED IT UP BUT IM CONFUSED PLS HELP

If you are using iCloud Messages, you cannot. If you are not, then you would need to restore the iPhone to a backup that was made before the messages were deleted. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
