No listed devices in apple id

good night, my device is stating that there are not trusted devices when I go into my name even though I changed the password. How to fix or should I just change Apple ID and start everything new

Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.

If you changed the Apple ID, you will need to change it on all your devices/computers.
