MacBook Pro - Cannot connect to 3 external monitors

I have a MacBook Pro (13in, 2019) with Four Thunderbolt 3 ports

I have 3 external monitors but only 2 of them gets detected (2 x HP, 1 x acer KA27). As soon as I unplug one of the cables, the other monitor that wasn't detected earlier gets detected and turns on.

I really need help with this since I have no idea how to get around it.

The 13” model supports only up to two external displays. Only the 15”/16” models support more (up to 4).
