Retrieve/transfer ringtone from old iPhone

I have a ringtone on my old iPhone 7+ that I want to retrieve and transfer to another phone. I see it under "Sounds and Haptics", and it plays fine on my 7+. However, the ringtone does not show up on iTunes for me to backup. Is there any way for me to access this item?

My 7+ is currently under iOS 13.1.3.
