iPhone 11 Profile Installation Failed

Hi,

I have recently received an iPhone 11 as part of a upgrade from my work and I have the following error during setup:

Installing configuration from "XXXXXXX"

Profile Installation Failed. The profile "com.landesk.profile" must be installed interactively.

I have checked the forums and this seemed to a problem a while ago with iOS 13.2 but both my old iPhone 7 and the new iPhone are have version 14.2 installed (I did a new setup and updated the new phone to 14.2 before I restored the backup from the iphone 7 using iTunes as I keep my backups on my computer rather than the iCloud).

I have put the iPhone 11 in to restore mode and then connected it to iTunes (V 12.11.0.26) then ran an update and restore. On reboot I get the same message. I have tried a couple of times and now iTunes is downloading 14.2 to the computer to try again (even though iTunes states that the iPhone software is up to date). Any thoughts?

Is there a way of restoring to a clean install? iTunes does not give me an option to restore to anything but on restart the phone uses my passcode from my iPhone 7 so it cannot be a clean install.
