Apple Philippines - Clearance Delay
I ordered an iPhone 11 last Nov. 11, 2020. It was shipped out from Singapore on the same day. Until now, it still says "clearance delay" when I track the parcel through DHL, the official courier.
Is this normal for an Apple Philippines purchase to take over a month before a person receives their unit? I'm getting really worried; I have also already followed-up the package through a DHL customer service agent but I am still anxious. The Bureau of Customs still hasn't approved the package, why is this?
