How do I turn off “Zoom Enabled” if zoom is anabled?

My iPhone X keeps going into “Zoom Enabled” mode and because it’s in zoom enabled mode, I can’t switch it back to the usable mode because the screen is way to zoomed to touch the buttons. When it magically turns into zoom enabled mode, I have to turn the phone off and re-boot it.
