How can I restore a deleted “Reminder “ from iCloud?

I accidentally deleted a lengthy reminder which was my Prayer List. Is there a way to restore this Reminder from my iCloud backup?

I sure do hope so! Help is much appreciated.

how to recover reminders I deleted all reminders apparently over 30 days ago because I tried the data recovery and it didn't bring any of them back. Is there a way to bring back reminders that have been deleted over 30 days ago?
