Why i can't acces my icloud account on an apple tv 2nd gen ?

When signing in on an older device you need to enter the password, then manually request the code, and then add it to the end of the password

And another question, it happens me the same when i try signing in into Netflix, what can i do ?

Netflix has it's own login, if you are having issues with that then you would need to reach out to them.
