Apple Card statement transactions export stopped working

I found old posts about extracting transactions from Apple Card having stopped working...it hasn't worked for me since September 2020 - October and November just gives "unexpected error" . Has anyone seen anything new about this...I've tried calling support many times but the wait times are too long!
