My Mac will not turn on keeps coming up with a warning then backs out and shuts down again help

You've posted this in a forum, where users are helping other users. Would you be able to specify the error message you're seeing? When has this started? Does your Mac do the chime? What does "back out" mean in this context? Did you recently install any apps, updates or made any modifications to your machine (RAM upgrade, etc.)? Please include a picture of the warning, they say an image is worth a thousand words...🖼
