Can you replace individual MacBook Pro 2019 16-inch keyboard keys?

I took my laptop (MacBook Pro 2019 16-inch) into a "Simply Mac" store, (not an official Apple Store, but sponsored by Apple) to get the up key and the right arrow key replaced. They told me they needed to replace the entire top case of the laptop, new keyboard and everything. That makes no sense to me. You should be able to replace an individual key. Also, they told me I needed to give them my laptop while the part was ordered, and they would tell me to come pick it up when it was fixed. He said it would take them two weeks. I'm self employed, and cannot give them my laptop for two weeks. There has to be a way to replace individual keys without having to replace the entire top half of the laptop. That makes absolutely zero sense. This is an image of what mine looks like, not an image of mine.
