MacBook Pro stuck buffering

My new MacBook Pro has been having problems buffering constantly, to the point where I have to force quit the program i'm using, and usually restart the laptop. The problem is particularly bad with any Adobe creative suite program, but also occurs on Chrome and even the desktop when I try to select something. It's the latest 13" MacBook Pro with the most up-to-date Big Sur, less than a week old. I have 500gb of storage available too.

All processes gradually slow down until I reboot, and that resets everything to normal snappy performance. This has nothing to do with internet/network speed -- it affects all system processes, such as opening apps, saving files, opening files, or copy-pasting items. It usually takes about 3-4 days until saving a JPEG out of Photoshop takes a full minute of spinning beachball to achieve, at which point I reboot, and everything will work fine again. Macbook Air stalls/hangs up I have a Macbook Air, less than a year old. It stalls or hangs up when I either refresh a webpage or click a link in an article to go to a new tab and display that site. The only thing that sometimes works is to restart the computer. I reinstalled the operating system and it worked great for 2 days. Now, it's all hung up again.. hours later it finally loads the page. MacBook is so slow to the point where it's almost impossible to use I have a mid-2012 MacBook Pro with 16 GB of RAM and an SSD with 500GB installed. It used to run and download apps very quickly but it suddenly became very slow. It's hard to type and open apps, buffering rainbow cursor appears whenever I try to. I tried redownloading different OS's such as Lion, Catalina, and High Sierra but the same problems occurred on all of them. Help would be much appreciated.
