Problem to download app in App Store

I am using Apple ID in India now I am living in Canada so I am same Apple ID use in i phone 11. My question is when I download app from App Store a message pops up and say you can’t download this application. When I changing regions on setting a device allows me to pay money I don’t understand it’s showing me. I bought i phone in Canada I am using i phone in Canada also and I am using SIM card in Canada also so. why it’s showing me in apps store when I download apps. This app are not available in your country. So I requested please resolve my problem. Sorry about to bother but I have no option to contact you. I hope you will get my points.

Where to Go from Here:

Everything Must Start Anew:

Apple Purchases (Apps, Movies, etc) are only available and usable in the location/region in which they were purchased. So, you need to purchase them all over again. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the developer.


Next is to Zero-Out your Balance:

So, to continue from here, you must contact Apple Support, and have the Apple Rep zero-out your balance, over the phone. From there, the expectation is that you should be set to purchase items.

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment due do lots of calls. And that makes sense because, with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
