Apple Books crash

Apple Books crash, all bookmark dissapear and some markup missing... i m so sad... any idea what to do to fix this???

(I saw a lot of people posted this kind of issue in Apple Support Communities, but did Apple really go through and try to help all of these issues posted by the users? or they just provide us a platform to discuss among ourselves and wanna us to figure out the solution among ourselves???)
