my icloud id and apple id was different and my data was stored in icloud id how do i get it back?

Your Apple ID and "iCloud ID" are the same, they are not different as you seem to think.
Apple account and icloud accounts are same buy i had registered both with different mail id yahoo.com for aple id and icloud.com for icloud id
