my iphone camera is black ive tried resetting but thats a temporary fix and there is also no apple authorized service provider in pakistan i need help my rear camera works only sometimes and now its not working after ios 14

Same thing - after updating to ios 14 the front facing camera on my iphone 7 stays black. Its a widespread problem with the software that apple refuses to acknowledge.
I tried resetting the phone but the only fix is going back to ios 13. Unfortunately I dont have a backup that old. Very disappointed in the customer service approach to this issue.
